Request for Proposals The Fairgrounds is seeking proposals for the operation of a food booth on the Grant County Fairgrounds. The period for operation will be January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Proposals for operation must include: A summary of past similar business operations if applicable. Copy of Grant County Business License if applicable. An operation plan outlining when and how the booth will be used. A copy of insurance with limits as required by the Fairgrounds and customer testimonials if available. An Application form is available on the Fairgrounds website, gcfairgrounds.com Operators of food booths will be responsible for all equipment in the booth for the purposes of Food sales. The Fairgrounds will be responsible for the infrastructure of the building including power, water, sewer, and building exterior.
