Twelve Benefit Corporation owns and operates a carbon transformation facility that discharges wastewater to the City of Moses Lake Dunes Wastewater Treatment Facility with a maximum daily flow of 26,879 gallons per day and an average monthly flow of 21,389 gallons per day. The wastewater, following treatment, must meet the requirements of the Washington State Water Pollution Control Act and applicable regulations for a permit to be issued.
