Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2025 

25EP2998 – 5:02 a.m. | Safeway, Basin St SW. Trespassing; bald Hispanic male following employees. Subject gone on arrival. 

25EP2999 – 6:31 a.m. | Safeway. Arrest; Gabriel Guzman Jr., 32, Ephrata. Taken into custody on confirmed warrants. 

25EP3000 – 6:53 a.m. | Rd A NW & SR 282 W. Welfare check; unknown female slumped over power box. Subject picked up before arrival. 

25EP3001 – 9:02 a.m. | K St NE. Harassment; Jeremy David Wilson. RP concerned about subject’s behavior. 

25EP3002 – 11:29 a.m. | Grant Dr. Harassment; Mother reported her son being harassed at school. 

25EP3003 – 11:40 a.m. | Basin St SW. Traffic complaint; white truck passed semi in turn lane. Unable to locate. 

25EP3004 – 11:50 a.m. | Unknown apartment complex. Suspicious activity; subject moving items for girlfriend, confirmed legitimate. 

25EP3005 – 12:16 p.m. | 2300 blk Basin St SW. Agency assist; fire response. EPD conducted traffic control. One trailer lost. 

25EP3006 – 1:53 p.m. | Walmart, Nat Washington Way. Hit-and-run; minor damage to parked vehicle while RP was shopping. 

25EP3007 – 1:46 p.m. | Unknown residential area. Harassment; RP reported neighbor yelling. Documentation requested. 

25EP3008 – 6:40 p.m. | Basin St & 10th Ave S.  Traffic hazard; brown Toyota Corolla driving poorly. Unable to locate. 

25EP3009 – 7:21 p.m. | Berschauer Industrial Pkwy. Suspicious package; bag found in alley, returned to owner. 

25EP3012 – 11:00 p.m. | Phone call. Missing person concern; juvenile RP worried about girlfriend’s situation. Parents notified. 

Thursday, Sept. 3, 2025 

25EP2976 – Assist Other Agencies. Time: 12:14 a.m. | Location: Listed address (Ephrata). EPD assisted MLPD in arresting a suspect for violating a protection order. Subject was taken into custody without issue and transferred to MLPD. 

25EP2977 – Traffic Complaint. Time: 6:42 a.m. C St NW & 6th Ave NW → Hwy toward Naylor 

RP reported erratic driving. Vehicle moved out of EPD’s position; WSP was advised. 

25EP2978 – Assist Other Agencies. 7:37 a.m. EPD assisted Lifeline with a combative diabetic. Subject stabilized upon arrival. 

25EP2979 – Animal Complaint. 8:44 a.m. Near city shop. Loose dog reported damaging military equipment. Officers attempted capture but were unsuccessful. Dog fled toward city shop. 

25EP2980 – Animal Complaint. 9:10 a.m. Two Huskies found running at large. Owner located; dogs unregistered and unvaccinated. Citation to be mailed. 

25EP2981 – Administrative. 10:24 a.m. | Location: H St SE, Ephrata. RP reported neighbor trimmed her tree branches while she was away. No criminal action noted. 

25EP2982 – Domestic Disturbance. 10:34 a.m. RP heard yelling. Subject claimed she fell out of bed and was arguing with her dog. No further action. 

25EP2983 – Suspicious/Wanted. 10:37 a.m. | Subject upset over water issues and requested refund from local business. Manager unavailable; options explained. 

25EP2985 – Harassment/Threat. 12:12 p.m. Basin St SW. RP reported aggressive subject demanding free beer. Subject left northbound in black GMC. 

25EP2986 – Public Service. 12:44 p.m.  Anonymous RP requested welfare check. EPD confirmed recent contact with subject; RP satisfied. 

25EP2988 – Suspicious/Wanted. 12:57 p.m. Alley between Basin and C on 1st NW. Subject flagged down officer, admitted to warrants, and requested jail. Became verbally aggressive. Arrested and booked. 

25EP2989 – Traffic Violation. 2:09 p.m. RP reported blocked access due to parked vehicle. Tires deflated but tabs valid. Owner agreed to fix. 

25EP2990 – Assist Other Agencies (Collision). 4:40 p.m. V1 failed to yield to V2 in roundabout, causing V2 to lose control. V2 transported to Columbia Basin Hospital with possible injuries. V1 cited. 

25EP2991 – Traffic Accident. 5:33 p.m. Basin St SW. V1 rear-ended V2 during traffic slowdown. Minor damage; parties exchanged info. 

25EP2996 – Suspicious Person. 11:58 p.m. Ephrata Skate Park. Suspicious vehicle reported. Two males contacted and informed of park hours. Left without issue. 

Friday, Sept. 5.  

25EP3014 – 01:13 a.m. Georgies, Basin St SW. Theft reported; suspects gone on arrival. 

25EP3016 – 07:14 a.m. F St SE. Welfare check; elderly male had phone issues. 

25EP3017 – 08:11 a.m. Orchard Ave SE. Welfare check requested for woman with medical history. 

25EP3018 – 08:50 a.m. A St SE. Found property; Nokia flip phone logged. 

25EP3020 – 1:29 p.m. C St SE. Deceased cat reported. 

25EP3022 – 3:41 p.m. 4th Ave NW. Runaway report; juvenile located in Mill Creek. 

25EP3023 – 5:19 p.m. 12th Ave SW. Neighbor dispute over yard debris.

25EP3027 – 12:39 a.m. Basin St SW. Indecency; female removing clothing, GOA. 

25EP3028 – 2:08 a.m. 5th Ave SE, Soap Lake.  Verbal domestic; no crime, female subject departed. 

25EP3029 – 2:28 a.m. Adrian Ave NW. 911 hang-up; large gathering, no incident confirmed. 

25EP3030 – 3:12 a.m. Basin St SW. Cigarette theft; suspect identified. 

25EP3031 – 10:31 a.m. H St SE. Custody dispute.

25EP3053 – 7:25 a.m. Grant County PUD yard. Cold burglary; multiple containers entered, locks cut, items stolen. 

25EP3054 – 8:13 a.m. F St NE. Suspicious behavior; RP concerned about neighbor’s treatment of children. 

25EP3055 – 8:22 a.m. 1100 blk Yakima St SE. Animal complaint; roosters disturbing neighbors. 

25EP3056 – 9:59 a.m. Location not specified. Traffic hazard; vehicle tagged for removal after 3 months parked.

25EP3066 – 6:58 p.m. | Near restaurant. Welfare check; female declined ride, stated she was fine. 

25EP3067 – 7:44 p.m. Roadway hazard. Trailer chain causing sparks; driver advised of fire risk.
