NEWS RELEASE August 12, 2025 Pursuant to statute, the filing period is now open for three Director positions in the Quincy Columbia Basin Irrigation District (Divisions 3, 4 and 7). To serve as a Director, the individual must be 18 years of age, a US citizen and a resident of Washington State. A Director must hold title to land that is assessed or is assessable within the District and Director Division they wish to represent. See also District Election Guidelines at QCBID.org Phil Stadelman is the incumbent Director of Division 3, which includes all of Range 25 and South to the Frenchman Hills. Mike LaPlant is the incumbent Director of Division 4, which includes all of Range 26 and South to the Frenchman Hills. Derek Allred is the incumbent Director of Division 7, which includes all that portion of the Royal Slope area lying West of Dodson Road; North to include Block 81 and that portion of Block 80 lying West of Dodson Road and South to the District boundary.
