City of Moses Lake Notice of Public Hearing, Application Optional DNS Conditional Use Permit   The City of Moses Lake received an application from Central Dr. Apartments.  Located on Parcel #10213000 on Central Dr. in Moses Lake. This is for Conditional Use Permit to allow The Central Drive Apartments Short Subdivision is a one-lot subdivision of Parcel 3, Parkplace Plaza Major Plat, Lot 3, Commercial Binding Site Plan #1, AFN 1043570. The project includes the construction of six two-story multi-family (4-plex) residential structures, parking lot, and stormwater infiltration facility. The proposed apartment buildings surrounding a central driveway and parking lot with access to Central Drive.
