OTHELLO — Meet Penny, a sweet, 6-month-old terrier pup at Hands ‘N Paws Shelter. Penny has eyes that could melt icebergs and lots of energy. She’s good with other dogs, cats and children. She may need a little help with housetraining, but she’s young enough to learn easily. Like all of the pets up for adoption at Hands ‘N Paws, Penny is spayed/neutered, current on her shots and ready to go home with you.
