Health care provider's license suspended in Grant Co.
MOSES LAKE — The Washington Department of Health released information on health care providers who have revoked or suspended licenses, certificates or registrations Thursday.
In Grant County, there was one certified nursing assistant, Nicole Jean Barrera, who had her license suspended in September 2025. There is further pending disciplinary action, according to DOH.
DOH reported that the Department of Social and Health Services in May 2025 determined Barrera had financially exploited a vulnerable adult. This placed her on a long-term care abuse and neglect registry.
Placement on the registry prohibits Barrera from working with or having unsupervised access to vulnerable adults.
