Moses Lake Harvest Festival coming Saturday
MOSES LAKE — The Downtown Moses Lake Association will host its annual Harvest Festival Saturday, with music, games and food and craft vendors, according to the DMLA’s website.
The streets will be closed around Sinkiuse Square for the event, and many downtown businesses will be open to hand out candy to trick-or-treaters. The event will run from 1 to 5 p.m.
After the festival, the Moses Lake Library, partnering with the Moses Lake Community Coalition, will hold a Not So Scary Festival from 5 to 8 p.m. It’s a sensory-friendly event with games, candy, pizza and a raffle, but without loud noises, bright lights or frightening costumes.
The Moses Lake Women’s Club will host a reading corner.
“Embrace the autumn spirit and create heartwarming memories at this beloved community event,” the DMLA wrote on its website.
