Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Ephrata will hold a public hearing on a request for a Conditional Use Permit for the development of a new Service Center for the Grant County PUD. Grant PUD is seeking the Conditional Use Permit to develop and construct a new service center to maintain, prepare, design and manage Grant County PUD’s power system in the County. The project will include two primary structures, 1-2 outbuildings, 2-3 covered parking areas, paved warehouse yard and new road, water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure on 34 acres. The proposal is on Lot 4, Speedway Flats Short Plat further described as being located between State Route 282 West and County Road 14 NW on the south side of State Route 282 West approximately 1000 feet southeast of the intersection of Nat Washington Way and State Route 282 West in a portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, Washington.
