EPHRATA – The reports below were provided by the Ephrata Police Department. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Oct. 7, 2025 

25EP3401 – Traffic Stop. Location not listed. 1:00 a.m. Officer Canizales assisted other units (212, 509, and GT40) with a traffic stop that resulted in an arrest. No further details provided. 

25EP3402 – Found property. Location not listed. 2:51 a.m. Officer Eckhart responded to a found property report. A machete was discovered next to a back door. It was logged for safekeeping; the owner is unknown. 

25EP3403 – Domestic disturbance. Location not listed. 5:56 a.m. Officer Smith investigated a report of a physical domestic disturbance. No probable cause for a crime was established, but both involved individuals had outstanding warrants and were arrested.  Arrestees: Alyx K. Rodriguez (35, Quincy) and Marc B. Sass (39, Ephrata) 

25EP3409 – Domestic violence. Dodson Rd. NW. 7:56 p.m. Officer Leenhouts assisted Grant County Sheriff's Office with a domestic violence call. EPD transported the male suspect, Antonio Marselio Beason, to Grant County Jail for booking. 

25EP3410 – Missing person report. 500 block K St. SE. 9:16 p.m. Officer Leenhouts responded to a missing person report. A juvenile did not return home after a school function. The juvenile was found near Splash Zone and reunited with her father.  

Oct. 8, 2025 

25EP3411 – Rooster. 900 block of K St. SE. 8:09 a.m. RP said a roster was in the backyard of neighbors’ houses. Police attempted contact with homeowner. No one home.  

25EP3414 – Collision. Division Avenue W and C Street SW. 1:55 p.m. Two vehicle collision. Vehicle one, crossing westbound Division Avenue, did not grant the right of way. Caused reportable damage to both vehicles.  

25EP3416 – Damage. 100 block 14th Ave. NW. 4:46 p.m. RP said the vehicle was doing donuts in a gravel parking lot. Vehicle possibly identified. Attempted contact with possible driver but no answer.  

Oct. 10, 2025  

25EP3430 – Animal Complaint. 1st Ave SE. 2:01 a.m. Officers responded to a barking dog complaint. Unable to locate the dog; two pedestrians were contacted nearby.  

25EP3431 – Suspicious Activity. F St SE. 2:18 a.m. RP reported two subjects walking; officer had already contacted them. No suspicious behavior observed.  

25EP3432 – Administrative. Location not listed. 8:39 a.m. Abandoned bicycles were collected and disposed of.  

25EP3433 – Traffic Violation. Location not listed. 9:49 a.m. Vehicle parked in a bus lane; parking ticket issued.  

25EP3434 – Theft. 7th Ave NE. Time: 11:41 a.m. Porch package theft caught on doorbell camera; suspect fled with multiple packages.  

25EP3436 – Suspicious Activity. Columbia Rd. Time: 12:38 p.m. RP saw unknown male behind her house; area checked, unable to locate.  

25EP3437 – Trespassing. No location listed. 1:35 p.m. Male playing with dog on private property; advised area was not open to the public.  

25EP3438 – Hazardous Vehicle. Location not listed. 3:51 p.m. Report of a foul-smelling vehicle possibly carrying livestock or hazardous material; WSP notified.  

25EP3439 – Vehicle Theft. Location not listed. 7:03 p.m. RP reported her father took her truck after being released from jail; Quincy patrol assisted with stolen vehicle report.  

25EP3440 – Vandalism. Skate Park. 10:48 p.m. Graffiti found on half-pipe; suspects seen on camera with spray cans.  

25EP3441 – DUI Arrest. SR 282 near A St SE. 10:30 p.m. Driver stopped for lane travel and expired registration; arrested for DUI after field sobriety tests.  

Oct. 11, 2025  

25EP3442 – Traffic Violation. Statter Rd. 12:59 p.m. RP reported speeding brown Chevy truck; area checked, unable to locate.  

25EP3443 – Suspicious Activity. Nat Washington Way parking lot. 5:11 p.m. RP believed someone moved her car using a duplicate key; no suspects identified.  

25EP3444 – Traffic Concern. Location not listed. 9:13 p.m. GT40 followed a vehicle transporting someone to jail; unclear if DUI was involved.  

25EP3445 – Domestic Disturbance. 1000 block Basin St SW. 11:05 p.m. Verbal domestic reported by anonymous RP; parties contacted.  

Oct. 12, 2025  

25EP3446 – Administrative Check. Location not listed. 5:04 a.m. Officer found back door open during patrol; building checked and secured.  

25EP3447 – Welfare Check. 14th St NE, East Wenatchee. 11:15 a.m. RP concerned about supervised child visit; subject not located at residence.  

25EP3448 – Gas Theft. Location not listed. 1:31 p.m. Approx. ¼ tank siphoned from vehicle; hose stuck in tank and could not be removed.  

25EP3449 – Theft. Center 76. 5:01 p.m. RP reported wine stolen on Oct. 10; video evidence pending.  

25EP3450 – Theft of Services. Basin St SW. 6:01 p.m. RP reported suspect stayed two nights without payment.  

25EP3451 – Deceased Person. Location not listed. 8:40 p.m. RP found neighbor deceased; determined to be from medical causes. Funeral home notified.  

25EP3452 – Traffic Violation. 1200 block C St SW. 9:00 p.m. RP reported speeding black Honda Civic; area checked.  

25EP3453 – Domestic Disturbance. 200 block Mocliff Rd. 9:35 p.m. RP heard screaming; possible domestic dispute investigated.
