NOTICE OF HEARING 2026 BUDGET NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the George City Council in the George Community Hall located at 403 W. Montmorency Blvd. George, Washington on October 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as called by the City Council The hearing will be to consider testimony for and against the following: the proposed 2026 Ad Valorem Tax for the General Purpose Levy, and the 2026 Preliminary Budget and may be continued thereafter to subsequent City Council meetings. The 2026 Preliminary Budget will be on file, at no charge, in the Office of the Clerk on November 19th, 2025. The hearing room is handicap accessible.
