Water tower project progresses despite setbacks
The water tower project in Ephrata is having slight delays because of wind and contractor disagreements, Ephrata City Administrator Ray Towry said. However, the setbacks are not significant. The city is still expecting the tower to be filled in the next four to six weeks.

EPRHATA — The construction of the new water tower in Ephrata, which is part of a larger infrastructure improvement project, is making significant progress, according to Ray Towry, the city administrator. Despite some unforeseen challenges, the expectations remain optimistic for the completion of the project.
