This plan, required by Washington State law, serves as a strategic roadmap to guide community decisions on funding and services for homeless housing assistance. It establishes a framework for collaboration, resource allocation, and accountability within the county’s homeless crisis response system through coordinated and strategic action. The Draft Homeless Housing Plan (2025-2030) can be viewed here: https://www.grantcountywa.gov/1549/UPDATE-Five-Year-Homeless-Housing-Plan. The 2025-2030 Homeless Housing Plan is expected to come before the Grant County Board of Commissioners for local adoption in December 2025.
