Two health care workers lose licenses

OLYMPIA – Two health care providers in Grant and Adams counties have lost licenses in the past couple of months, according to statements from the Washington Department of Health.  

Adams County 

In August 2025, DOH terminated the probation on Susan Danielle Wilkins’s agency-affiliated counselor credential. 

Grant County 

In September 2025, the DOH charged registered nursing assistant and certified nursing assistant Kaylee Gaddis with unprofessional conduct. In October 2024, Gaddis allegedly accepted money from a client and failed to respond to the department’s multiple requests for information.
