Truck crash slowing traffic near Ritzville

RITZVILLE — Drivers should plan for slowdowns on Highway 395 south of Ritzville Wednesday morning while crews remove a partially blocking semi, according to information from the Washington State Patrol.
The crash occurred about four miles south of Ritzville at about 8:15 a.m., the WSP memo said. As of 11:30 a.m. the truck was still partially blocking the highway.
