Revised Notice of Public Hearing Date of Notice Revision: November 18, 2025 Revised Notice of Public Hearing November 18, 2025 - Date of Notice & Adoption of Existing Environmental Documentation: Notice is hereby given that a Binding Site Plan Application was received by Grant County on May 28, 2025 from Grant County Port District # 10- Moses Lake (Designated Contact: Western Pacific Engineering, Moses Lake) and was found to be technically complete on September 5, 2025. PROJECT: A 50-lot Binding Site Plan that the intent is to create lands to support future aviation or industrial development will allow segregated uses on smaller parcels. LOCATION: The site address of the subject parcel is 7810 Andrews St., Moses Lake WA, near the Grant County International Airport Further described as being in portions of Sections 17,19,20,29,30, 31 and 33. the Township 20 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA. PRESENT ZONING: Urban Heavy Industrial (UHI) and Grant County International Airport Zoning. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. TITLE OF DOUMENT BEING ADOPTED: Mitigated Determination of non-significance issued by Grant County Port District #10 for the Grant County International Airport issued September 17, 2021. Grant County Development Services has identified and adopted this document as being appropriate for this proposal after a review and has determined that this proposal does. The original MDNS was issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the comment period for the Binding Site Plan ended on October 7, 2025. PUBLIC HEARING: At the request of the applicant, this proposal was not considered at the Hearing Examiner Open Record Public Hearing on November 12, 2025. This proposal will be rescheduled to a later date to be determined. Once a new date is scheduled, new notice will be provided to the public. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
