MLSD settles with Absher Construction on Vanguard project
The Moses Lake School District has reached a settlement with Absher Construction regarding the Vanguard Academy project. MLSD is still engaged in ongoing litigation regarding other construction projects, specifically involving Groff Elementary and Fowler General Construction.

MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake School District has reached a conclusive settlement agreement with Absher Construction Company, effectively closing out all remaining contractual obligations related to the construction of Vanguard Academy. This resolution was officially accepted by the MLSD Board of Directors during their regular meeting Thursday.
