MOSES LAKE — Two unidentified suspects were arrested and drugs and cash were seized as a result of a traffic stop and multiple search warrants served in Moses Lake on Tuesday night.

Detectives with the Moses Lake Police Department Street Crimes Unit and agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms conducted the traffic stop on an undisclosed street, according to a MLPD press release. Officers were investigating the distribution of fentanyl powder, the release said.

The search warrants and traffic stop yielded 2.5 pounds of fentanyl powder, an estimated 3,000 pills containing fentanyl, more than four ounces of cocaine, LSD, psilocybin mushrooms, methamphetamine and four firearms, the MLPD release said. Detectives also confiscated more than $100,000.

The case is still under investigation.

‘No further details are being released at this time,” the MLPD release said.
