EPHRATA — Every October, the charming town of Ephrata transforms into a whimsical wonderland, drawing in hundreds of families for the annual Trick or Treat event. The quaint downtown area, lined with vibrant autumn leaves, becomes a bustling hub of excitement as children dressed as superheroes, princesses, and various creatures roam the streets with wide-eyed wonder.

This year, several local businesses joined in the festive spirit, setting up colorful stands that dot the sidewalks. Each stall beckoned passersby with the enticing scent of caramel apples and the cheerful sound of laughter. Local shops, adorned with Halloween decorations, offered exclusive sales, turning an evening of traditional trick-or-treating into a vibrant community celebration.

As dusk settled, the air was filled with the delightful sound of giggles and the rustle of candy wrappers as a few hundred enthusiastic participants made their way through the streets.
