NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION TO LAND APPLY SEPTAGE Notice is hereby given that WW Pumping Service Inc has applied to the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology) for authorization to land apply septage in compliance with the Washington State General Permit for Biosolids Management and Biosolids Rule (173-308 WAC). WW Pumping Service Inc manages domestic septage through a land application program.Septage will be managed on agricultural land located in Douglas County within parcel #23202610008, North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 20 East and Grant County within parcel #150701000, #150703000 & #150706000, Sections 21, 22 & 23, Township 21 North, Range 23 East. State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determinations of Nonsignificance were issued by Ecology on September 16, 2005 and Grant County on March 25, 2021.
