MOSES LAKE – Tex isn’t sure why anyone would let him hang out in a shelter for too long, after all, as the headline says, “Just look at that face.” However, he’s been at Grant County Animal Outreach since March 20 and he’d dearly love to go home with someone and snuggle them until everything in the world seems right. He’s roughly 2-and-a-half years old and an American blue heeler mix. Like all of his fellow residents at GCAO, he is up to date on all of his shots, is neutered/spayed and is ready to be someone’s best friend.
