Quincy wins Battle of the Basin against Ephrata
The Quincy Jacks earned the Battle of the Basin trophy which has been part of the league for many years.

Quincy’s Jesus Carillo (4), seen going up against Tigers Avian Soto (10) and Alisander Hernandez- Valdovinos (20), said the key to the Jacks’ victory was their intensity in the second half.
The Jacks and Tigers played a very intense and physical game, never once letting up on one another.
Jose Alcala scored the lone goal for the Tigers immediately following the Jacks scoring their first.
Tigers’ Junior Chavez Mendoza Jr and Jacks’ Jose Garcia kept pace in a race for the ball.
Jacks’ Erick Zepeda said their second goal made in the game gave them the momentum shift they needed to keep the lead and take the victory.
QUINCY — The Quincy Jacks win the Battle of the Basin against the Ephrata Tigers in a hard fought 2-1 victory.
