COLUMBIA BASIN — There’s a lot going on in the Basin this week. Here are a few things to check out:
March 14
H.E. Gritman Senior Center Fundraising Breakfast
Enjoy a homemade breakfast of pancakes and sausage or biscuits and gravy and sausage. Cost is $7 and all ages are welcome. Takeout orders for $8 accepted during breakfast hours. ‘Patricia Jensen: A Road Less Traveled’
Opening reception for exhibit by Moses Lake artist Patricia Jensen, showcasing a lifetime of artistic work. Jensen’s work can also be seen in the murals at Sinkiuse Square and other locations around Moses Lake. Exhibit runs through May 2. 4-7 p.m.
Pie Fest
Pizza dinner and dessert auction. Miss Ritzville Royalty will be on hand to help serve. Proceeds support the Ritzville Festivals Association. Doors open at 5 p.m., live pie auction begins at 6:30 p.m. at the American Legion, 106 W. Broadway Ave., Ritzville.
Daddy-Daughter Dance
Enjoy a special night of dancing, dinner and memories with your daughter. Dinner options include spaghetti/salad/bread or chicken tenders/fries/carrots, and a specialty drink or soda and dessert. Lucky Finds Market
Discover handmade goods from talented local artisans and stock up on fresh-baked treats and farm-fresh produce at the Moses Lake Farmers Market’s Lucky Find Market. Dream It Be It Career Conference for Girls
Free one-day event for local high school girls. This conference helps girls grow up to be strong, successful, happy adults. Join professional women role models for career education and the resources to live your dreams. Attendees have the chance to win prizes, including 10 laptop computers. Brews & Tunes

Rallycross 2025 Season Opener
Join Northwest Rally Association to kick off the 2025 season. This venue keeps drivers on their toes with a mix of dirt, gravel and a paved go-kart track. See competitors with all different types of cars and skills compete on the same track. Music and Wine Straight from the Vine with Ray Glover

The Othello Sandhill Crane Festival highlights the spring return of sandhill cranes to the greater Othello area and the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge.
