Soap Lake Liaison Committee eyes partnership with CBCD
The Soap Lake Liaison Committee held a meeting Friday to discuss a potential collaboration with the Columbia Basin Conservation District to work on restoring mineral and water levels of the lake.

Ron Sawyer, the Conservation Director with the Columbia Basin Conservation District joined a Soap Lake Lake Liaison Committee meeting Friday. Sawyer discussed a potential collaboration between the city and CBCD in the future. Currently, CBCD works with Warden, Moses Lake and Othello.
SOAP LAKE — The Soap Lake Liaison Committee held a meeting Friday, inviting Ron Sawyer, the Conservation Director with the Columbia Basin Conservation District, to discuss potential collaborative efforts to address environmental concerns surrounding the city’s beloved lake.
