Royal Water District Well Replacement Sealed bids will be received at 11707 E Montgomery Dr, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The project involves constructing a water well to provide water to the community served by the Royal Water District. The new well is anticipated to produce at least 150 gallons per minute.
