Patricia M Freeman, 86, lost her battle with cancer June 17, 2025, with her family by her side. Patricia was born in Laurel, Mont., on May 3, 1939, to Alec and Christina Estreich.

She grew up in Laurel, Mont. She graduated from Laurel High School where she met the love of her life, Wayne Freeman. They were married Dec. 22, 1957, in Laurel and were married for 58 years until Wayne’s passing in 2016. They moved to Moses Lake, Wash., in 1964. This is where they raised their three children.

She loved spending time with friends and family. Music was a big part of her life. She went to a lot of gigs with her husband who was a member of The Many Sounds of Nine. She attended Big Bend Community College and earned a degree in medical transcription and continued to run a medical transcription business out of her home. She was active in Jazzercise. She enjoyed coffee with her friends once a week. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking, time with her pups, and she enjoyed a good book. And she was very proud and grateful that she was able to attend her grandsons’ weddings before passing.

Patricia is survived by her three children: Carol Yarger of Moses Lake, Lou Anne Devine (Kent), of Ephrata, and Dave Freeman of Moses Lake; five grandchildren: Chad Devine (Casey), Steven Devine (Tressa), Garrett Devine (Kaja), Shelly Belliston (Paul) and Rachael Bingham (Tony); eight great-grandchildren: Aiden Devine, Owen Devine, Sam Devine, Madison Belliston, Grayson Miller, Dawson Belliston, Chloe Bingham and Lilly Bingham.

Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Freeman, two sisters and one brother, Esther Stevens, Lillian Lackman, and Alex Estreich.
