Moses Lake Airshow showcases aviation on all scales

Stunt pilot Yuichi Takagi takes to the sky behind a parked Boeing 767 at the Moses Lake Airshow Friday. The show featured daredevils like Takagi as well as radio-controlled planes, STOL fliers and ground displays of all kinds of aircraft.
Wings of Blue jumper Colin Laughrey, of Naples, Florida, comes in for a landing towing the U.S. Navy flag at the Moses Lake Airshow. Laughrey has made 698 jumps, according to the Wings of Blue announcer.

MOSES LAKE — The wind wasn’t powerful at the Grant County International Airport on Saturday — just enough to make papers blow around and sweep the occasional hat away — but it was enough to make some pilots happy.
