COLUMBIA BASIN — Festivals, art, crafting, live music — if you can’t find something to do this week, you’re not trying. Here are a few things to check out:

June 20

Soap Lake Library Grand Reopening

The Longest Day Summer Fest

Come enjoy an afternoon of music, delicious food, fun games and activities and community connection and purpose. All proceeds raised during this event will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association, helping support research, advocacy and care for those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Summer Concert Series: The Side Project

Free concert by acoustic/pop-folk band The Side Project. Soap Lake Food and Folk Festival

Dru Gimlin 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament

Basketball tournament benefiting the Dru Gimlin Foundation. Boys and girls divisions grades 3-12, open and adult divisions for ages 18 and over. Registrations will be accepted up to 3 p.m. June 6. Macrame Class: Bougie Pooch dog leashes

Central Basin Audubon Society Bird Walk

Bring Discover pass, binoculars, snacks and water and sturdy walking shoes. Walk will be 3-4 miles on some uneven surfaces, but attendees can walk less if needed. Kid’s Seedling Day

CISNCW Golf Tournament

Fundraiser to support Communities In Schools of North Central Washington. Every dollar raised goes toward helping students stay in school and succeed.
