Andrea Renee Rodriguez

| June 17, 2025 9:44 AM

Andrea Renee Rodriguez, 25, of Moses Lake, Washington, passed away in Everett, Wash., on June 7, 2025, due to natural causes. Andrea was surrounded by a loving family.

Andrea was born Jan. 16, 2000, in Moses Lake, Wash., the daughter of Juan “Gibby” Rodriguez and Veronica Silva-Rodriguez.

Andrea did have a long history of dealing with mental illness, but she worked when she could, which included cash register jobs at Safeway, Rite Aid and Grocery Outlet.

Andrea especially loved doing her makeup, listening to music and hanging out with friends and family. Andrea comes from a big family and she had lots of friends. Andrea was the life of the party, always dancing, singing on the top of her lungs and being silly, trying to make others laugh. Everyone who knew Andrea knew she had a contagious smile and laugh. Some called her “Ms. Giggles” and some called her “Dre Dre.” Andrea’s normal routine included asking if anyone wanted a coffee or Red Bull drink so she could take their money to get one for herself. Andrea was constantly FaceTimeing or calling friends and family members just to chit-chat. She was an outgoing and friendly person to all and she couldn’t go a day without complimenting her friends or family.

Remaining to cherish Andrea’s memory are her grandparents, Carlos and Juanita Rodriguez; her parents, Gibby and Veronica Rodriguez; and her siblings, Adrian Silva, Vanessa Rodriguez, Alex Rodriguez, Julian Rodriguez and Javen Juarez.

Preceding Andrea in death are Jacinto Uvalle and Guadalupe Alaniz-Uvalle, Feliberto Rodriguez and Octiviana Castillo-Ramirez, Ramon Silva Sr. and Dominga Alaniz-Silva, Jose Demetrio Gamboa and Delia Veliz-Gamboa, Rene Lopez and Irene Lopez and Rosalinda Segundo-Uvalle.

Visitation will be held June 19 from noon to 4 p.m. at Kayser’s Funeral Home. Funeral/memorial services will be held at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church on June 20, with rosary starting at 10 a.m. and Mass following at 10:30 a.m. The burial service will occur after church at Guarding Angels Cemetery.
