Thomas Charles Krill
Thomas Charles Krill, 78, was born Dec. 18, 1946, in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of the late John and Angela Krill. Tom was a Christian, and he went home to be with the Lord. His faith and peace deepened each year of his life.
Tom was the younger brother of John Krill, Jr., currently residing in North Lima, Ohio, the same town where Tom was raised.
Tom married Twila, his former wife, and had two beloved children with her. His daughter, Wendy, passed away in 1993, and Tom was survived by his son, Matthew Krill, and his beloved daughter-in-law, Ginsely (JINN-sell-ee) Krill, of Oregon City, Ore. Twila, and her husband Kevin, were cherished and loving friends of Tom.
Tom attended three years of college at Youngstown State University in Ohio and then became a top-level machinist. He worked in Ohio and then moved to work for the Boeing Company in Washington State. After his machining career ended, he went on to work as a valued contributor for the Puyallup Fair.
Tom loved nature and the outdoors. He taught his son the skill of fishing, and Matt has traveled the world as a fly fisherman. Tom’s greatest pride was his son, Matt, a former All-American college football player, college graduate and business owner with his wife in Oregon.
Tom loved the library over much of his life, enjoying the solitude and comfort of books and periodicals.
A memorial service will be held at Connelly Park in Moses Lake, Wash., at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 14.
