Defendants in criminal cases are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. This listing of inmates held on behalf of Adams County is current as of June 3, 2025 at 7 p.m. 

Oct. 8, 2024 

Brian Jedadiah Sumner was arrested and charged with assault in the first degree, obstruction of law enforcement, resisting arrest, attempting to elude, assault in the third degree and two charges of assault in the second degree.  

Oct. 31, 2024 

Alvaro Huerta-Garduno was arrested and charged with arson in the first degree, theft in the third degree, assault in the third degree and obstruction of a law enforcement officer.  

Nov. 14, 2024 

Randy Alan Harkey was booked for DUI, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and related charges. 

Dec. 27, 2024 

Josiah Mathew Barrera was booked and charged with felony harassment.  

February 10 

Noel Amador G. DeLeon was booked for violation of a protection order with upgrades for prior offenses and multiple Adams County warrants. 

Jesus Ariza was booked on charges for violation of a protection order with upgrades for prior offenses. 

February 11 

Gerardo Alberto Romero was booked on a charge of burglary in the second degree. 

February 13 

Omar Gallardo-Serrano was booked on a charge of burglary in the second degree. 

February 17 

Antonio DeJesus Vargas-Rodriguez was booked for burglary in the second degree and violation of a protection order. 

March 6  

Benito Montemayor Garza was booked for first degree rape of a child, incest in the first degree and child molestation in the first degree. 

March 14 

Levi Ryen Gonzales was booked for unlawful possession of a firearm and two charges of assault in the fourth degree. 

March 27 

Chad Michael Pichette was booked for attempting to elude law enforcement, possession of a stolen vehicle, driving with license suspended in the third degree, felony harassment, violation of a protection order and multiple warrants. 

April 5 

Gabriel Mendoza-Vazquez was booked on felony harassment charges. 

May 1 

Dennis Apolinar-Mendoza was booked on charges of child molestation in the first degree, rape of a child in the second degree and incest in the first degree and other similar charges.

Nayana Maria Peralez was booked for an unspecified outstanding warrant.

Brian Saul Ramirez was booked for violation of a protection order, malicious mischief and assault in the second degree.

Michael Allyn Tom was booked for DUI, third-degree driving with license suspended and operating a vehicle without ignition interlock.

Vicente Sanchez Miron was booked for third-degree driving with license suspended.

Jose Juan Contreras-Gutierrez was booked for second-degree burglary.

Katlyn Marie Salisbury was booked for second-degree burglary and unlawful possession of controlled substance.
