City of Quincy Notice of Annual REVIEW CYCLE: Comprehensive Plan Amendments Amendments to the City of Quincy Comprehensive Plan are made once annually according to Quincy Municipal Code Chapter 17.17. The City undertakes the annual review process of considering proposed amendments to the Comprehensive Plan as set out in section 17.17.030. Such proposed amendments and/or revisions to the Comprehensive Plan are categorized into three types: area wide amendments; capital facilities amendments; and urban growth area amendments. An annual amendment can be initiated by the City as a city-identified deficiency or initiated by any person as a suggested amendment to be taken through the annual review process.
