Arthur Sergio Castro of Richland, Wash., passed away July 6, 2025, at the age of 69. A memorial service is scheduled for July 26, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Church Tri Cities at 3315 W. Court St. in Pasco, Wash. Arrangements are in the care of Mueller’s Greenlee Funeral Home of Pasco, Wash.
