This project is a revision for some of the equipment already permitted. Simplot - Rainier plans to install a wet electrostatic precipitator to control particulate matter for fryer equipment and sulfur controls for the biogas produced from the existing process water digester. City of Moses Lake State Environmental Protection Agency Review   City of Moses Lake received an Environmental Checklist for SEPA Review for Parcel # 110475093, 700 S. Pioneer Way. The application was determined to be complete and ready for review on June 30, 2025. The project is for constructing Construction of a new building (8,498 GSF) for the retail use of auto parts including improvements to part of the site (approximately 45,300 sf).
