July 3
Red, White and Boom
Celebrate Independence Day in Moses Lake with fun, fireworks and live music from Dimestore Prophets and Lake City Blues. Concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. the Centennial Amphitheater, McCosh Park, Moses Lake. Info: 509-764-3830.
July 4
Fourth of July at George

Othello Fourth of July celebration

Suds ‘N Sun

Conservation District Pop-up
Join the Columbia Basin Conservation District for a pop-up program. Children ages 5-12 can enjoy free, hands-on educational activities all about nature, conservation and the environment. Pottery Class: Hand-Built Clay Pitcher
Learn some ceramic skills as we roll out a raw clay slab and turn it into a pretty pitcher perfect for summer. Come back on Tuesday, July 15, at 1 p.m. to glaze your piece, then pick up the finished piece the week of July 21. $26 per person, includes supplies. 1-3 p.m. at the Moses Lake Museum & Art Center, 401 S. Tunes on Tuesday: Days of Honey

Mihail Kivachitsky: ‘Balance’
Gallery opening for artist Mihail Kivachitsky. Kivachitsky has been working with themes of balance and visible and invisible harmony since 1993. A Session for Priorities
Public meeting for Moses Lake residents to take an honest look at substance use in Moses Lake – what’s happening, why it’s happening, and what we can do about it. We’ll walk through surprising local data, talk through root causes like trauma, access, and community connection, and then work together to define the next priorities for prevention in our town.
