CITY OF MOSES LAKE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE MLMC TITLE 15 AMENDMENT 6:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11, 2025 MOSES LAKE COUNCIL CHAMBERS MOSES LAKE CIVIC CENTER 401 S BALSAM ST MOSES LAKE, WA 98837 The City Council of the City of Moses Lake will conduct a Public Hearing on February 11, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. to receive testimony on the City’s proposed change to the Unified Development Code Title 15 in accordance with Washington State SB 5290 that sets forth standards for local governments on time limits for the issuance of final decisions. The amendment will update timelines for land use permit reviews from 120 days to 65, 100, and 170 days for Types 1, 2, and 3 permits respectively.
