Notice of Application - Date of Notice: January 10, 2025 - Notice is hereby given that a Discretionary Use Application and SEPA checklist were received by Grant County Development Services on November 22, 2024, from New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T), (Designated Contact: Phillip Kitzes, Centerline Communications, LLC, 23035 SE 263rd Street, Maple Valley, WA 98038) and were found to be Technically Complete on December 24, 2024. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal, and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. PROJECT: A Discretionary Use Application and SEPA Checklist to build a Wireless Communication Facility (WCF) on an approximate 63.72-acre parcel. The antennas and ancillary equipment will be colored to match the structure. The pole is designed to allow for collocation for future wireless providers.
