Ag parade awards announced
The Friehe Farms float took home honors from the 2024 Ag Appreciation Parade held Dec. 6, according to an announcement from the Downtown Moses Lake Association, which organized the event.

MOSES LAKE — The Moses Lake Downtown Association awarded prizes Dec. 31 for the best displays in the Ag Appreciation Parade held Dec. 6, according to an announcement from DMLA.
The winners were:
• Non-Profit: Grant County Fire District 5
• Equestrian Back Country Horsemen of Washington — Crab Creek Riders
• Agriculture: Heber Hellewell Collection
• Agriculture: Friehe Farms
• Non-Motor: Moses Lake Police Department
• Commercial: McBoyz Contracting
“Now you have your ... bragging rights for next year,” the DMLA wrote in the announcement. “Can’t wait to see what you come up with in 2025.”
