CITY OF OTHELLO NOTICE OF PUBLIC FORUM When/Where: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public forum will be held by the City Council on March 10, 2025, at 6:00pm at 500 E. Main Street in the Council Chambers or online via zoom. Topic: The City of Othello is planning to submit the 2025 Draft Water System Plan (WSP) to Washington State Department of Health for review. Per Washington State Administrative Code (WAC 246-290830) the City will hold a public forum for the draft WSP. This forum is intended to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on the City’s proposed water use efficiency (WUE) goals. A description of the proposed WUE goals may be found in Section 4 of the Draft WSP. A copy of the WUE goals may be found at City Hall for those who wish to review the WUE goals prior to the forum.
