Biosolids are produced at the City’s wastewater treatment facility located at 13748 Dodson Road NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. The City’s Application for Coverage under the statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management and a Site Specific Land Application Plan or a Biosolids Management Plan address the management of the material at the City of Ephrata land application site, and a General Land Application Plan address how future land application sites will be identified and managed.
