OTHELLO — Chuy is an adult, male pupper with a big heart and a small set of paws, but some of the biggest eyes you’ll ever fall into. Under 25 pounds, he’s as large as he’ll grow to be and is waiting at Adams County Pet Rescue for just the right human or family to come along and spoil him with love.
