Grant County Sheriff Joey Kriete congratulated Deputy Sheriff Joe Redmon on his graduation last Wednesday from the Washington Basic Law Enforcement Academy. Kriete has said he’s working to ensure proper staffing levels for the Grant County Sheriff’s Office as he approaches a reelection year in 2026. Kriete has said he will run again.
