Irma Hathaway leaves behind a legacy of love, faith and service to others as well as an extensive family who will miss her immensely.
Irma McCulloch Hathaway, age 96, passed away peacefully Dec. 18, 2025, in Bothell, Wash., surrounded by loved ones.
Irma was born Aug. 4, 1929, at home in Thornton, Idaho, to George and Nora McCulloch. She lived a life marked by love, faith and devoted service to others.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lynn O. Hathaway (50 years of marriage) and Frans O. Yorgensen (11 years of marriage), and two of her sons, Mark and David.
Irma was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where her testimony and quiet service blessed many lives. She had a deep love for homemaking and creative pursuits. Her hobbies included crocheting, baking, and singing harmony around the piano.
She is survived by her family, including four children, 27 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, who cherish her memory and legacy of love that will continue for generations.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the LDS Chapel: 925 N. Grape Drive, Moses Lake, 98837.
