Request for Qualifications – Professional A&E Services Contract   Grant County Port District No. 9 “The Port, Port” is requesting interested firms to submit qualifications for on-call professional engineering, survey and master planning consulting services. The Port will retain the services of an engineering consultant for a period of five (5) years to provide professional engineering, surveying, testing, grant preparation, administrative support, consulting, planning, and construction services, but not limited to, the following projects (or project components): 1. CITY OF QUINCY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given; the City of Quincy is hereby holding a Public Hearing before the Quincy City Council on Tuesday, January 6th at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers at 104 B St SW, Quincy, WA 98848. Description of Proposal and Project Permits: The City of Quincy has received Application #ANNEX 2024-011, aka the AMJ Annexation, to annex parcel #200816000, which totals 56.90 acres of property within the City’s Urban Growth Area (UGA). The parcel in question is currently being utilized as agricultural land. The applicant proposes to annex the existing agricultural land zoned ‘Grant County Urban Residential 3’ into the City of Quincy. Upon annexation, the property would be rezoned to Residential Multifamily (R-M) per Quincy Municipal Code Chapter 20. Requested Approvals, Actions and/or Required Studies: An Annexation and Zoning requires a Public Hearing before the City Council and approval of the City Council by ordinance.
