Registered voters who reside within the Conservation District boundary are eligible to vote. The last day and time that an eligible voter can request a ballot from the Conservation District is February 17, 2026 by 4:30 pm. Notice of Application & Proposed Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance - Date of Notice: December 4, 2025 , Notice of Application & Proposed Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance - Date of Notice: December 4, 2025, Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development Permit) Application and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on April 14, 2025 from Jason Linkem (Designated Contact: Jay Dirkse, Grette Associates, 151 S. Worthen St., Wenatchee, WA 98801) and was found to be technically complete on November 25, 2025. Grant County expects to issue a Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impact of the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROPOSED MITIGATION MEASURES: 1. Limit the size of the project to the minimum amount necessary. 2. Project requires mitigation at a rate of 1:1 for all new developments to ensure a no net loss of shoreline ecological function (approximately 595 sq. ft. of plantings). 3. Construction shall be done during the annual drawdown (when the water level is low enough to allow work with minimal disturbance of lands below the Ordinary High Water Mark). 4. Best management practices for control of erosion and sedimentation shall be implemented for the project.
