Thomas “Tommy” Brice

Thomas “Tommy” Lamar Brice, of Moses Lake, Wash., left this earth and joined R.D., Betty (mom and dad), Melvin and Larry (siblings) on Aug. 23, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on Aug. 16, 1960, in Arcadia, La.  
Tommy graduated from MLHS and attended SFCC. Tommy, an outstanding athlete was inducted into the Moses Lake High School Hall of Fame. He then turned his athleticism to powerlifting. He went on to be ranked seventh in the American Drug-Free Powerlifting Federation Nationals in 1977 and second in the ADFPA regionals. Tommy worked at Americold from 1980 until his retirement in 2025.
He was a member of Grace Church, where he served as an usher for the congregation. Tommy touched so many lives with his wit and humor, his dedication to God, and as a mentor to coworkers, friends and family. A truly inspirational man in so many ways, he enjoyed reading scripture, studying the Bible and watching movies.
He is survived by his brother, Billy; sisters Phaye and Brenda; sons Nic and Jordan; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A gathering will be held Sept. 4, 2025, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Papa's. Please join us in celebrating Tommy Brice at 1165 N. Stratford Road in Moses Lake.
