PORT OF OTHELLO RESERVOIR NO. 2 AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS ADAMS COUNTY, WASHINGTON ADVERTISEMENT TO BID The Port of Othello will receive sealed bids for the construction of the Bruce Water System Reservoir No. 2 And Distribution System Improvements project, at 705 E. Hemlock Street, Othello, Washington 99344 until 11:00 A.M., Tuesday September 9th, 2025 at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project consists of construction of a new 200,000-gallon multi-column elevated steel tank and site improvements; new CMU wellhouse building, approximately 6,000 LF of water main, a gravel access road, HMA road restoration, and electrical/telemetry upgrades in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Drawings, and Contract Documents.   A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, August 28th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., local time, for all interested parties. The site visit will begin at 705 E. Hemlock Street, Othello, Washington 99344.   All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashiers check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful Bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance bond or quality assurance submittals within the time stated in the contract documents, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Port of Othello.
