NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 19, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider the following budget extension request: CHG/ESG – Consolidated Homeless Grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce in the total amount of $5,787,407.00 to be transferred to the CHG/EHF – Consolidated Homeless Grant 190.001. Funds will be used for the new grant cycle to begin 7/1/2025 and end 6/30/2027. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters. Notice of Proposed Preliminary Major Subdivision Public Hearing: August 19, 2025. Notice is hereby given that a land use application was received by the City of George Planning Agency on Feb 27th, 2025 from Seth Bishop, and was found to be Technically Complete on April 24th, 2025. After a SEPA comment period, a hearing with the City Planning Agency was held on June 2nd, 2025. The council was provided with a recommendation to approve the Preliminary Major Plat with conditions on July 15, at a regular scheduled council meeting. The following public hearing before the council was scheduled.
