Angel Marie Valensuela
Angel Marie Valenzuela, age 20, passed away April 16, 2025, in Othello, Wash. Born on Dec. 21, 2004, in Moses Lake, Wash., Angel brought light and love into the world from the very beginning.
Angel was a beautiful person inside and out. Her sweet nature, loving heart, and caring spirit left a lasting impression on everyone she met. With her radiant smile and soft, gentle demeanor, she had a remarkable ability to brighten any room she entered. Her presence was a gift — one that brought comfort, joy and warmth to those around her.
She was deeply cherished as a granddaughter, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend. Angel’s laugh was contagious and her heart immense; she had an extraordinary way of making others feel seen, loved and heard. Her compassion knew no bounds. She touched countless lives with her kindness and left behind memories that will be treasured forever.
Angel is lovingly remembered and survived by her grandmother, Alfonsa Gomez; her father, Matthew Valenzuela, Sr.; her brother, Matthew Valenzuela, Jr.; her sister, Alexa Valenzuela; her uncle, James Gonzalez and his wife, Mary; cousins James N, Novalee and Maxwell; and her aunt, Nicole Gonzalez, and cousin Ashley Gonzalez, as well as countless others including many cousins, aunts, uncles and a vast extended family. She now joins her beloved mother, Monica Gonzalez, in eternal rest.
A funeral service to honor Angel’s life will be held May 3, 2025. A viewing will be held at 10 a.m. and a memorial funeral service at 12 p.m. with interment to follow at Guarding Angels Cemetery.
