MOSES LAKE — J-Lo is on a mission to spread love and purrs wherever she may go. She is a small girl and she has some special needs, but she doesn't let that slow her down. She has more energy than a room full of bouncy balls, according to Grant County Animal Outreach. She loves to play — toys, string, crumpled-up pieces of paper, all are fair game to this girl.
